So what exactly does the concierge service include?
We greet all house guests and make them welcome at their chosen holiday home and we give them a guided tour of the house so we can answer any questions. We want all guests to feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Beds are beautifully made, local toiletries sit alongside big fluffy bath towels, a simple supper with a bottle of wine is ready to relax with on your arrival and a delicious breakfast of local produce is waiting to be enjoyed.
At the time of booking, guests discuss their preferences with sales staff. Choose from a range of excellent ready prepared meals or arrange a chef to make that special dinner, order a freshly made birthday cake for a celebration tea or a picnic hamper to take on a trip into the nearby countryside. Wine too may be ordered, theatre tickets booked or unusual excursions arranged.
In addition to providing the concierge services to seek to ensure that expectations are exceeded at the property, a number of Preferred Partners are selected to offer additional luxuries.
